Orders typically process within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high demand periods.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Lost or Delayed Packages

American Sentinel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your order appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
