Refund policy

At American Sentinel, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or general returns.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved issues may qualify for:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund if replacement is not available

Items must be unworn and unwashed for any resolution.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor print variations (normal in print-on-demand production)
